Who can participate in the referral program?
Any active company in Pulpop's Pop Industrial with a Kickstart, Expansion, or Global plan. If you're selling, renting, or auctioning industrial solutions, you're in.
Who can I refer?
Any industrial SME operating in sectors such as: logistics, energy, manufacturing, technology, agribusiness, health, among others. The important thing is that they are in the real game and ready to scale.
How do I make a referral correctly?
You can refer companies through the Pulpop Referral Form or by sending an email to referral@pulpop.io. Make sure the referred company mentions your Tax ID/Company ID number, or your company's name upon registration. Without that identification, there's no way to track your referral.
When do I start earning commissions?
Your commission is activated when the referred company:
- Registers as a seller on Pulpop's Pop Industrial.
- Passes Pulpop's anti-fraud validation.
- Publishes at least one product, service, or piece of equipment for rent.
- Makes its first invoiced and paid sale.
Once these steps are completed, you will receive an email notification, and your 12-month commission cycle will begin.
How are commissions calculated?
Commissions are calculated on the sales, rentals, or industrial services that the referred company invoices and collects during the 12-month period following their first sale.
How and when are commissions paid?
Commissions are paid quarterly. Before each payment, we will send you an email with a summary of your commissions, including our company name and tax ID. You send us an invoice for sales commission for the indicated amount, and we transfer the payment to your company's bank account that you have provided.
What documentation can I request?
As a Pulpop Referral, you can request:
- Framework agreement for participation in the program.
- Updated report of active and in-validation referrals.
- Details of sales and commissions generated by each referred company.
- Quarterly statement of your commissions: what was invoiced, what was collected, what you are owed.

Can I refer multiple companies?
Yes. You can refer as many companies as you like. Each one activates its own 12-month commission cycle upon making its first sale. More referrals, more revenue.
What happens if the referred company doesn't mention my name or Tax ID when registering?
If the referred company does not mention your Tax ID/Company ID number, or your company's name upon registration, we will not be able to associate it with you, and you will not be able to collect a commission. Make sure they identify you correctly.
Where can I see the details of my commissions and referrals?
You can request an updated report by writing to: referral@pulpop.io. Include your Tax ID and company name to speed up the process.
What happens if my referral makes no sales?
If the referred company does not make any invoiced and paid sales within 12 months of its activation, no commissions will be generated for you.

Pulpop may close the program at any time, without prior notice, if the business requires it.

From there, you can start selling, renting, or auctioning.
What do I need to register on Pulpop?
The minimum for us to know you exist:
- Legal name of your company
- Tax ID or equivalent
- Responsible person (with a valid name, email, and phone number)
- Company registration document or equivalent
We're not asking for DNA. Just that you're real.

Do I have to open a Stripe account?
Yes. You need to open (or link) a Stripe account to receive your payments. It's free, 100% online, and takes just a few minutes.
Stripe will be the one to process and transfer the funds to you once the transaction is confirmed and the buyer pays.
Does Pop Industrial charge commissions?
Yes. For each completed sale (direct sale, auction, or rental), Pop Industrial charges a commission that we have already published and that you agree to when you sell.
