Who can participate?

All active companies in the Pulpop Industrial Marketplace that are subscribed to any of the following commercial plans can participate in the referral program:

Commissions on Pulpop Sales

All companies that sell on Pulpop pay transaction commissions, regardless of their subscribed plan.

Commissions apply to:

• Sales of industrial products
• Industrial services
• Rentals published on the Marketplace

The commission percentage varies depending on:

• The subscribed plan
• The industry in which the company operates
• The geographical region (LATAM, EMEA, NA, APAC)

Who can you refer?

You can refer any B2B company that fits into the following initial industries:

Logistics, Transport, and Industrial Real Estate

• Land, sea, or air transport
• Logistics, last mile, warehousing
• Rental or sale of industrial warehouses, logistics centers, or land
• Industrial equipment: machinery, racks, pallets, shelving
• Other

Raw Materials and Natural Resources

• Agriculture, mining, livestock, forestry, fishing
• Exporters/importers of commodities
• Industrial supplies, bio-products, chemicals, derivatives
• Other

You can refer suppliers, clients, distributors, strategic allies, or other industrial companies.

What do you earn as a Pulpop Referral Partner?

• Commission active for 12 consecutive months, from the referred company's first sale
• The commission applies to all sales, rentals, or services that the referred company completes during that period
• You can refer as many companies as you want; each one activates its own 12-month cycle
• The commission conditions are the same as for any indirect channel of Pulpop. *See table.*

Key Conditions

• Commissions apply exclusively to transactions made by your referrals (sales, rentals, or industrial services).
• They do not apply to Pulpop's own products or services.
• It is permitted to refer companies from the same business group, provided they have a different fiscal identification number (e.g., different Tax ID).
• All referrals must be registered and validated by Pulpop.
• The Pulpop team will conduct a registration and anti-fraud verification process to validate each referred company.
• You will receive an email notification once your referral has been approved and activated as a seller within the Marketplace.

What does your referred company need to do?

• Register as a seller on the Pulpop Industrial Marketplace.
• Indicate that they were referred by your company upon registration (form, advisor, or personalized link).
• Publish at least one product, service, or rental.
• Pass Pulpop's internal validation and anti-fraud verification process.
• Make their first sale.

Once the referred company has been validated and activated as a seller, you will receive an email notification confirming that your 12-month period as a Pulpop Referral Partner has begun.

How to make a referral?

You can refer companies through any of these channels:

• Through the Pulpop Referral Form
• By sending an email to: partners@pulpop.io

Each referred company must be clearly identified with your name or your company's name at the time of registration to associate it correctly and activate your benefits.

What if you refer multiple companies?

There is no limit.

For each validated and active company that makes a sale, a new 12-month commission period begins.

If you refer 3 companies, and each one sells, you have 3 independent 12-month cycles with active commissions.

What documentation can you request?

As a Pulpop Referral Partner, you can ask for:

• Framework agreement for participation in the program
• Reports of active and pending referrals
• Details of sales and commission calculations generated by each referred company
• Status of your commissions per quarter
